Once inside a host, tap to release the virus to nearby villagers. Keep an eye on the infection meter to track your progress. Employ special abilities like stealth mode to enhance your infection rate. Be cautious of increasing police and doctor presence as you progress. Infect the entire village to open up new areas and keep going your global domination.
